Ability to independently apply knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry, cytology, physiology, immunology, etc. disciplines, work with scientific and methodological literature. 3. Possess basic skills of work with physico-chemical and biological research methods.
Course content
The discipline is a basic discipline that allows to form a system of knowledge in immunology, to acquaint students with the basic principles of structural organization and functioning of the immune system and the most important biopolymers involved in recognizing foreign structures in the body and regulating immune responses. theoretical concepts and research methods in molecular immunology. The discipline covers the methodological foundations of the application of immunological research methods in various fields of biology and medicine. assessment of the immune status of the organism in the system of experimental immunobiology and clinical immunology of laboratory diagnostics, mastering the methodological foundations of immunodiagnostics of diseases of various etiologies.
