PR.16. Plan and implement a system of sanitary and hygienic and preventive measures for the occurrence and spread of diseases among the population. PR.17. Analyze the epidemiological situation and carry out measures of mass and individual, general and local prevention of infectious diseases. PR.18. Analyze and evaluate government, social and medical information using standard approaches and computer information technology. PR.19. Assess the impact of the environment on the health of the population in a medical institution by standard methods.

Course content
The discipline "Epidemiology and Principles of Evidence-Based Medicine" is part of the cycle of training specialists of the educational level "Master" in the educational program "Medicine". "Methodology of evidence-based medicine" is a selective discipline, which includes the study of concepts, terminology, the most effective tools. The discipline "Epidemiology and Principles of Evidence-Based Medicine" teaches students to be aware of the most effective and safe methods of diagnosis and treatment, to make decisions based on the best current evidence, to ensure the most effective and objective decision-making in patient care.
