Verify the results of laboratory tests in the clinic of internal medicine (norm / pathology). Verify the results of laboratory tests for the diagnosis of dermatovenereological diseases (norm / pathology). Verify the results of laboratory tests for the diagnosis of infectious diseases (norm / pathology). Perform microbiological, virological and immunological studies to identify etiological factors of disease.

Full-time form

Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of the discipline "Microbiology with microbiological diagnostics". Knowledge of basic principles of basic microbiological methods.

Microbiology training is a mandatory component of the Laboratory Diagnostics educational program, which aims to provide students with professional and general competencies. The main forms of educational practice are: 1) scientific and practical seminars; 2) thematic excursions to research institutions; 3) performance of individual tasks (search, analysis of scientific literature and writing a report). The total number of hours is 4 credits (120 hours). The internship is held in the fourth semester at the end of the school year. The final (semester) control is carried out at the end of the internship in the form of a differentiated test by defending the report.
