Learning outcomes
Know the key provisions of the theory of labor law (system of labor law; subjects of labor law and labor relations; legal status of subjects of labor law; grounds and conditions of labor relations, approaches to understanding the main categories of labor law). Know the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of entrepreneurship. Know the philosophical, ethical and cultural principles of modern business. Know the features of different organizational and legal forms and types of entrepreneurship. Know the rules governing labor relations (the procedure for hiring, transfer, dismissal of workers, working hours and rest time, wages, labor protection). Know the main directions of entrepreneurial capital formation and business finance management

Prerequisites and co-requisites
-have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, such as: "Admission to university studies", etc. - know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society. - be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities. - have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of their own educational activities.
Course content
The discipline is an organic combination of economic and legal knowledge necessary for the formation of general competencies of specialists in any field of knowledge, and includes two parts: 1. Selected sections of labor law form a student's body of knowledge and skills about: employment contract; working hours and rest time; wages; labor protection, liability for violation of labor rights of the employee. 2. Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity form in the student a set of knowledge and skills about: the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its form and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for creating your own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.
