03. Destine and analyse additional ( obligatory and complementary) methods of examination ( laboratory, imaging, functional and/or instrumental), patients with pathologies of organs and systems of organs for providing the differential diagnostics. 04. Establish clinical diagnosis by taking solution and logic analysis of receiving subjective and objective data of clinical examination, conducting the differential diagnostics, to be guided by ethical and legal norms under control of the chief doctor in the hospital .06. Determine type and principals of patient treatment ( conservative, operative) in the hospital on the basis of the previous clinical diagnosis, to be guided by ethical and legal norms taking solution by active algorithms and standart schemes, in case of needing to extand the standart sheme to be ready to prove personal recomendations under control of the chief doctor in the hospital.

1. Successful mastering of the fundamental disciplines. 2. The ability to independently apply knowledge of medical biology, medical and biological physics, medical informatics, medical chemistry, bioorganic and biological chemistry, human anatomy, histology of cytology and embryology, physiology, microbiology, virology and immunology, life safety; fundamentals of bioethics and biosafety, pathomorphology, physiopathology, pharmacology, propaedeutics of internal medicine and other educational disciplines for the solution of specific scientific and practical problems; work with cientific and methodological literature. 3. Owning elementary skills of system analysis.

Discipline “Topical issues of ENT pathologies” is a component of the cycle of training of specialists of educational level "Master" for the educational program "Medicine". Otorhinolaryngology is an obligatory discipline which is studying terminology, diagnostics and treatment in healthcare related to qualified medical aid in ENT practice with individual characteristics of the patient and his attitude to the disease. This discipline involves the compiling of the diagnostic plan for ENT patient and interpretation of the diagnostic results, providing pre-medical aid, first medical aid in cases of acute diseases and accidents.
