Learning outcomes
Know: 1.1 basic concepts and concepts of business communication; basic models of communication; features of feedback in business communication; 1.2 features of communication between different functional positions in the organization and business; features of communication in social leadership and social partnership; features of social forecasting as a tool of social prediction, research and solution of social problems Be able: 2.1 apply the acquired knowledge in practice; operate with basic terms, concepts and technologies of business communication; carry out analytical work to assess the effectiveness of business communication; mastering different models of communication; 2.2 mastering the technologies of individual and group decision-making; mastering the skills of reflection as a means of communication management; use social forecasting as a tool for social anticipation, research and solution of social problems

1. Be able to work with scientific literature and primary sources 2. Know the theoretical foundations of social communication 3. Understand the basic models of social communications 4. Know the basic models of social technologies
Course content
I. Communication in the field of interpersonal relations. 1. The concept and essence of business communication technologies. 2. Interpersonal communication. Forms and means of information transfer. Models of communication. ІІ. Organization of communication in the information space. 3. Communication and communication as unique tools for transmitting information and receiving feedback. 4. Forms of organization of business communication in the information space: discussion, debate, dispute. III. Communication in the space of social institutions. 5. Social forecasting as a tool for social prediction, research and solution of social problems. 6. Social design as a kind of conscious innovation. IV. Communication in the field of organizational interactions. 7. Communication and communication in the organization. Management and leadership of communication in organizations. 8. The use of social information space in the implementation of social innovations in organizations.
