PLO 21. Interpret, abstract, annotate and adequately translate (from Italian and Ukrainian) oral and written texts of various styles and genres, except for highly specialized ones. PLO 25. Demonstrate skills in the use of innovative technologies and various translation resources and translation automation tools. PLO 26. Provide stylistic revision of Ukrainian-language texts. PLO 27.2. Speak professional languages. PLO 28.2. Demonstrate the ability to perform written and oral specialized translation from Italian and English into Ukrainian and vice versa.

Proficiency in the Italian language at the B1-B2 level, to have the following skills: - written translation from Italian into Ukrainian and from Ukrainian into Italian; editing of translated materials in both Ukrainian and Italian languages.

The goal of the discipline is the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of translating modern financial and economic texts from Italian into Ukrainian and from Ukrainian into Italian, which is a mandatory component of the work of a future translator.

Learning activities during the semester: - Oral response, additions in class; - Control of homework and tasks for self study assignments; - module control work

The maximum number of points during the semester is 100 points. In particular, semester assessment by forms of control: 1. Oral answer - max. 25 points 2. addition to answer - max. 20 points 3. Control of homework and tasks for self study assignments - max .25 points 5. Control work - max. 15 points
