 Possess the skills of qualification of the results of creative activity, protection of property and personal non-property rights of authors and owners both in Ukraine and abroad; to correctly determine the facts of infringement of intellectual property rights and demand appropriate compensation for damages; conclude contracts with the customer or employer; cooperate with organizations of collective management of authors' rights; to register the rights to the object of intellectual property property; file a lawsuit or claim regarding violated intellectual property rights; protect violated intellectual property rights by civil law means.
 Define the subject and object of professional ethics; reveal the main ethical provisions that are important for professional activity, consider professional ethics as a way of regulating behavior in specific types of professional activity. Define the general principles of professional ethics, such as: professional duty and a special form of responsibility, professional solidarity and corporatism. To analyze the specifics and varieties of professional ethics in a higher education institution. To reveal the essence of professional deontology and moral codes.
Apply and systematize knowledge about the psychological prerequisites for improving the quality of higher education, about the psychological features of the student period of a person's life and awareness of the patterns of professional formation and personal growth of future specialists.
Apply knowledge from the general foundations of didactics, pedagogy and psychology, the theory of education from the standpoint of humanization, democratization, national and multicultural orientation of the pedagogical process in institutions of higher education.

            The final evaluation of learning outcomes at the University is carried out on a single 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points. According to the results of exams, according to the results of course and diploma works (projects); based on the results of work in practice, the student is also graded on a 4-point scale: “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, “Unsatisfactory”. If the final exam is not conducted in the disciplines, the results of the applicant’s work are evaluated on a 2-point scale: “Passed” or “Fail”.
