Programme learning outcomes
Apply methodological principles of scientific research; work with a disciplinary array of publications: search, accumulate and process scientific information; choose and formulate a research problem; choose the methodological basis of the research; formulate the object and subject of research; formulate and verify scientific hypotheses; to form a set of methods for researching the chosen subject; collect empirical data; carry out processing and interpretation of empirical data. Display the results of scientific research, draw up scientific reports; participate in a scientific discussion; to be able to abstract literary sources; present research results at scientific conferences and seminars. Possess the skills of qualification of the results of creative activity, protection of property and personal non-property rights of authors and owners both in Ukraine and abroad; to correctly determine the facts of infringement of intellectual property rights and demand appropriate compensation for damages; conclude contracts with the customer or employer; cooperate with organizations of collective management of authors' rights; to register the rights to the object of intellectual property property; file a lawsuit or claim regarding violated intellectual property rights; protect violated intellectual property rights by civil law means. Apply and systematize knowledge about the psychological prerequisites for improving the quality of higher education, about the psychological features of the student period of a person's life and awareness of the patterns of professional formation and personal growth of future specialists. Apply knowledge from the general foundations of didactics, pedagogy and psychology, the theory of education from the standpoint of humanization, democratization, national and multicultural orientation of the pedagogical process in institutions of higher education. Apply the ability to communicate in a dialogue mode on scientific topics in the field of telecommunications and radio engineering during scientific and professional activities; professionally present the results of their research, practically use a foreign language in their activities.

Examination regulations and grading scale
The final evaluation of learning outcomes at the University is carried out on a single 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points. According to the results of exams, according to the results of course and diploma works (projects); based on the results of work in practice, the student is also graded on a 4-point scale: “Excellent”, “Good”, “Satisfactory”, “Unsatisfactory”. If the final exam is not conducted in the disciplines, the results of the applicant’s work are evaluated on a 2-point scale: “Passed” or “Fail”.
