The study of the discipline "Change Management" is preceded by the assimilation of the courses "Financial Institutions and Markets", "Risk Management of Financial Institutions and Markets", which creates the basis for mastering change management.

The educational discipline "Management of changes" is a component of the educational and scientific program of training specialists for the "Master's" degree in the specialty 072 "Finance, banking and insurance" "Financial institutions and risk management". The academic discipline is taught in the 4th semester in the amount of 5 credits, 150 hours: according to the plan, 28 hours of lectures, 14 hours of practical classes and 106 hours of independent work are planned. The discipline ends with an exam. The educational task of the course consists in forming an idea of the content of changes, the most important processes and methods of carrying out changes in the organization, acquiring skills in matters of change management.

The goal of the discipline is the consistent formation of students' system of fundamental knowledge on the main theoretical and practical provisions of change management.

Assessment of students' knowledge is based on the results of work in practical classes, completion of modular control tasks, individual tasks and tasks for independent work, and an exam. Semester evaluation is carried out on the basis of current and intermediate control.

Ukrainian
