Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the analysis of business processes in the financial sphere; visualization of financial data; private capital management; strategic management; corporate finance. 2. ability to make calculations using the MS Excel program, prepare presentations in the MS Powerpoint program, perform SWOT analysis. 3. possession of elementary skills of public speaking, statistical analysis, general work with a PC.
Course content
This academic discipline is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the theory of innovations; highlighting the practical aspects of financial platforms related to innovations, taking into account the peculiarities of the combination of various technologies and their interaction with the financial market. The discipline "Innovative financial platforms" plays an important role in mastering the methods of making informed decisions in the field of management of information technologies and systems in the financial market, forming financial thinking skills in students. The course is built using modern Western and domestic financial literature.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline is to prepare qualified specialists in the field of finance, banking and risk management through the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills from the basics of innovation theory, fundamental knowledge related to financial platform innovations, namely: financial innovations, activities of FinTech companies, types of key technologies and their interaction with the financial market.
Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment is formed according to the modular rating system, which provides a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training (40%) includes: oral presentations, surveys, testing and assessment of practical training (60%) - performance of creative analytical and calculation works, presentations. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student in the process of assimilation of material from all topics of content modules, performance of all specified works.
