Possession of a bachelor's degree; basic knowledge in the field of finance in accordance with the program of the entrance test for the OPP; basic skills in mastering elementary skills of mathematical modeling, forecasting, methods of economic analysis, working in Excel.

The educational discipline is based on the fundamental training of students in banking disciplines, is defined by a practical orientation and is designed for active use of a PC in the process of mastering it. The structure of the course consists of two modules: Module 1. "Pre-investment analysis of investment projects" Deepens knowledge of the theory and practice of pre-investment research and the formation of a strategy for attracting capital by banking institutions - participants in project financing. Module 2. "Financing of investment projects". Aimed at acquiring in-depth knowledge and practical skills in risk management, financial monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of project solutions.

The goal of the discipline is the consistent formation of students' knowledge of the theory and practice of project financing, including regarding the activities of banks in the market of project financing; participation of banks in the implementation of projects and evaluation of their effectiveness; carrying out an in-depth analysis of the investment attractiveness of projects based on the application of special methods of investment analysis.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the modular rating system, which involves taking into account two components: the student's work during the semester (maximum 60 points) and passing a written exam (maximum 40 points).
