Course content
In terms of this course, the main emphasis is on the theoretical understanding and formation of practical skills in students regarding methods of isolation and cultivation of stem cells of various origins, including endometrial stem cells. The discipline provides a clear understanding of the processes of proliferation, determination and differentiation; indicates the main niches of stem cells and ways and possibilities of their migration; considers the general and specific characteristics of stem cells of different origins - embryonic, fetal, and stem cells of the adult organism. The Stem Cells course opens up prospects for the study and application of stem cells of various origins to address practical issues in the fields of regenerative and reproductive medicine in general.
