Course content
The course is devoted to the basic principles of structural organization and functioning of biological macromolecules - nucleic acids and proteins. The structure and conformational mobility of biopolymers are considered. mechanisms of stabilization of their spatial structure, electrostatic, hydrophobic and other non-covalent interactions in biopolymers, principles of modern methods of research of biopolymers.
