must know: fundamentals of social psychology; basics of conflictology; foundations of social interaction; modern theories of management psychology; social work in the community; basics of social design; forms of social work in the system of management and administration; must be able to: be able to: develop social projects for certain target groups on the optimization of management and interaction; to assist in the implementation of resource provision of social work; use socio-psychological methods of studying objects and subjects of management; provide consulting assistance in the field of management activities; provide social services in social organizations; must possess: technologies of counseling and social support.

The purpose of the academic discipline is to provide students with knowledge about the essence and content of leadership as a component of social management and about the peculiarities of its manifestation in various social conditions. This becomes possible when taking into account formal and informal relationships, as well as the current social situation. The result of this is the formation of a system of professional competence regarding the use of principles, types and tools of leadership in ensuring business partnership in the social sphere. Thanks to this, students acquire knowledge about the theoretical foundations of the socio-psychological nature of leadership and the main concepts of leadership theory. At the same time, the analysis of the specifics of social interactions during social research allows specialists to determine the advantages and threats of leadership behavior in various types of social interactions. Thus, this training course contributes to the formation of students' systemic understanding of leadership, as well as the main tools of leadership in social organizations.

Lecture, seminar, individual work

Verbal answers, abstracts, modular control, exam. The maximum number of points per semester is 60 points. The form of the exam is verbal, in accordance with previously submitted creative tasks and projects. The minimum number of points of admission to the exam is 36 points. The number of points scored per semester is announced in advance. Evaluation scale: 0-59 points - fail, 60-74 points – satisfactory, 75-89 – good, 90-100 – excellent.
