Learning outcomes To know the theoretical and methodological foundations of project management in the public sphere; technologies for the development and implementation of program projects; conceptual principles of project analysis. To be able to manage the life cycle of the project, in particular, such groups of processes as: initiation (initiation) of the project; project planning; execution (execution); monitoring and control; closing (closing. autonomy and responsibility: demonstrate an understanding of personal responsibility for professional and/or managerial decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the effectiveness and efficiency of project management as a whole or at individual stages of its planning and implementation

Prerequisites and additional requirements Know: conceptual and categorical apparatus of project management, main goals, functions and processes in project management (including in the public sphere); the main directions and essential content of project structuring. Be able to: critically interpret the basic scientific approaches, theories, concepts, conventions (rules) of public administration on the basis of project management; monitoring and control (monitoring and control); closing, etc. Possess: the skills of assessing the factors of influence of the external and internal environment on the project using modern tools that are used in global practice in the process of making project decisions

Assessment methods and criteria
Methods and criteria of assessment Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the learned material, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge 1.1-1.4), which makes up 40% of the total grade for the semester, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills 2.1-2.3; communication 3.1–3.3; autonomy 4.1–4.2), which is 60% of the total grade for the semester. – semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points). – the final assessment is carried out in the form of a defense (presentation) of an individual creative work, which is assessed at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at the last seminar session on the discipline. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester.
