Learning outcomes
The student must know the basics of theory, methodology and modern marketing practice of exchange activity; the main ones principles of organization and conduct of exchange trading on commodity and stock exchange; functions and tasks of intermediaries on exchanges; know the basics of applying marketing merchandise politics in futures trading; the main types of valuable of securities circulating on the stock market and methods estimates of their value; to know the main provisions of the application of pricing methods in the implementation of stock exchange activities. The student should be able to develop a marketing strategy the player's behavior on the stock and commodity exchange; expect the result of carrying out certain types of stock exchange operations; identify communication tools of stock market activity and apply stock market risk hedging tools; critically evaluate modern economic processes on the stock market of Ukraine and the international stock market.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prerequisites for mastering or choosing an academic discipline: - knowledge of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of formation, functioning and regulation of entrepreneurship; - knowledge of the theoretical foundations of enterprise economics; economic theory, micro and macroeconomics; management; - the ability to evaluate and analyze the causes and consequences of changes in the financial market, with taking into account various uncertain situations; - possession of basic mathematical modeling skills, forecasting, methods of economic analysis, work in Excel; - have the skills to solve cases and have elementary skills public speeches.
Course content
Stock marketing is a discipline that builds understanding in students theoretical, methodological and practical principles of applying marketing to stock market; essence and economic nature of marketing research in exchange activity; features of the application of elements of the marketing complex in forward and futures operations, operations with options, for the purpose of promotion development of the stock market of Ukraine.

Lectures, seminars, practical classes, laboratory classes, trainings, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester evaluation 60 points maximum / 36 points minimum: Final evaluation in the form of an exam: the maximum score is 40 points, the final score is 24 points. The exam takes place in written form, consists of theoretical answers, tests, and a calculation task. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the exam is not may be less than 24 points.
