Prerequisites and co-requisites
A successful mastery is necessary for the completion of scientific and industrial practice the following courses: Mathematical analysis, General algebra, Differentials equations and probability theory, Mechanics, Molecular physics, Statistics physics, Fundamentals of programming, Object-oriented programming, Hardware and software, Numerical approximation methods, Economic theory, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Enterprise economics, Investment activity and investment, Finance.
Course content
In the course of scientific and industrial practice, students receive individual practical tasks, the formulation of which takes into account the wishes of students, their prospects for further work or study at a master's degree. Scientific and industrial practice in the 7th semester takes place without interruption from theoretical training. The main place of practice is Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, Faculty of Radiophysics, Electronics and computer systems. Under the condition of concluding contracts, they can be used other organizations and enterprises as bases of practice. During the internship, the student must fully comply tasks provided for by the practice program, current internal regulations work schedule; to study and strictly follow the rules of labor protection and safety equipment. After the internship, students defend the report at a meeting of the educational program committee Econophysics, where practice managers are invited. The report should include a list of citations of literary sources. To the report, each student adds a written feedback from the practice manager preliminary assessment on a 100-point scale. The review should be short and specifically described work personally performed by the student.
