To know
- modern theories of management psychology
- theoretical foundations of social work in the management system;
- basic approaches to understanding the concepts: "management", "work with personnel", "social interaction", "conflictology", "management", "project activity";
- characteristics of different forms of management;
to be able to:
- apply the theoretical knowledge studied in the practice of social work in the field of management;
- develop social projects for specific target groups to optimize management interaction;

The discipline studies the basic principles of managing social organizations that focus on supporting and developing public needs, as well as solving social problems

Assessment methods and criteria
The final assessment is conducted in the form of credit. The credit is given based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is equal to 100) and does not include additional evaluation measures for successful students. Students who, during the semester, scored a total fewer than 60 points, but more than the critical calculation minimum - 40 points, take the final assessment. Assessment is carried out in the form of a creative individual task, which is estimated at 40 points.
