            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1.	To know: the basics of psychometrics, psychological diagnostics, social psychology, statistical data analysis.
2.	To be able to: search for information on the Internet, understand professional scientific publications in English, test basic statistical hypotheses.
3.	To have: computer skills, English language skills, self-regulation skills, ability to learn independently.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            The discipline introduces students to the leading field of practical psychology - applied psychology in personnel management. Mastering the discipline provides the necessary competencies for the manager's practical activities, which will be used in further practical activities at various levels of administration and management, as well as improve self-regulation of future role behavior of subordinates and managers.
The purpose - is to acquaint students with the basic psychological theories of management and features of work with personnel in the organization; analyze the stages of the HR manager; form skills of managerial communication and team-building; mastering the methods of professional recruitment.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            1.	Oral answers at the seminar:  24/14 points
2.	Creative independent work:  56/34 points
3.	Testing: 20/12 points.
The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale.
The form of the examination is written. Types of tasks - four open-ended questions, the answer to each is estimated at 10 points. The minimum threshold level of the exam score for the exam to be considered passed "cannot be less than 24 points.
Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester.
