1. To know: the basics of psychometrics, psychological diagnostics, social psychology, statistical data analysis. 2. To be able to: search for information on the Internet, understand professional scientific publications in English, test basic statistical hypotheses. 3. To have: computer skills, English language skills, self-regulation skills, ability to learn independently.
Course content
The course "Psychology of Organizations and Human Resources Management" is one of the required courses for the Master's degree in Psychology. It addresses the issues of creating, functioning, and developing organizations as open dynamic systems, analyzing the organization's needs for certain roles, conducting performance analysis, selecting and adapting new employees. Special attention is paid to staff motivation, leadership, teamwork, and communication processes. Students will also gain insight into stress and burnout management, employee and leader development through training, coaching and mentoring, and psychological support for organizational change.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers: 24/14 points 2. Analytical report: 24/14 points 3. Creative independent work: 32/20 points 4. Testing: 20/12 points The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of the examination is written. Types of tasks - four open-ended questions, the answer to each is estimated at 10 points. The minimum threshold level of the exam score, at which the exam is considered passed, cannot be less than 24 points. Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester.
