Learning outcomes
Be able to use information and communication technologies for communication, exchange, collection, analysis, and processing of information. Have the skills to participate in team software development, approval, design and release of all types of software documentation. Know and be able to apply tools and methods of cost management of IT projects, calculate the economic efficiency of software systems. Know and be able to apply project management methods and tools, including human resource management.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know theoretical approaches to architecture, the main stages of creation and requirements for software quality and testing. 2. Be able to process statistical data, use a systematic approach to study complex systems and processes. 3. Possess elementary skills of searching and processing Internet information and skills of working in groups.
Course content
The discipline prepares software project management leaders in the entire range of possible approaches from classic (waterfall) to adaptive (agile: extreme programming, Scrum, Kanban). To do this, the following are studied: the PMBOK standard, organizational structures, project life cycles; inputs, outputs, tools and methods of project management processes within groups: initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, closing. Practical skills are acquired in the development of project documents (charter, project management plan), organization of monitoring and control of project works by components: integration, content, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholders.

Assessment methods and criteria
The credit is given based on the results of the semester evaluation of the student's work - a maximum of 80 points. The result of the written final comprehensive test can be added to the points accumulated during the semester, the maximum mark for which is 20 points (20% of the final mark). The total number of points cannot exceed 100 points In the case of a semester evaluation result of 60 points and above, the student is awarded credit. At the same time, the assessment for the learning outcomes provided for in points 2 and 3 must be at least 60% of the maximum level (at least 30 and 6 points, respectively). A student who wants to improve his result, if he has credit points (60 or more), has the right to pass the credit (write PPKKR).
