Learning outcomes
To form knowledge of the theoretical foundations of computer graphics and multimedia information, to teach students to work with modern tools of computer graphics, multimedia information and to be able to present scientific information in graphic and multimedia form regarding means of outputting various types of graphic and multimedia information. Develop mathematical models and data analysis methods (including large ones). Develop algorithmic and software for data analysis (including large data). Carry out processing and transmission of graphic data in applied information systems of various purposes.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To successfully study the discipline "Computer graphics and image processing", knowledge and skills of the disciplines of the master's degree are required: "Information theory", "Data processing technology".
Course content
The study of the discipline "Architecture of information systems" is aimed at students' acquisition of competencies and skills in skillful use of the theoretical foundations of the methodology and basic tools of business analysis. The discipline "Architecture of information systems" allows the applicant to learn the concepts of architecture of information systems, types of architectures, micro-architecture, macro-architecture, architectural approach to IS design, the importance of software in information systems, functional components of an information system, platform architectures of information systems, directions of development of platform architectures, types distributed architectures, concept and classification of architectural styles.

Assessment methods and criteria
The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined based on the results of the defense of labor work and individual work. Semester evaluation of students is carried out throughout the semester from all types of work. The overall grade is formed as a weighted sum of points earned by the student for various types of work. The results of students' educational activities during the semester are evaluated on a 100-point scale.
The work in the semester is divided into two content modules, which include modular control work and seven laboratory works - maximum of 60 points (minimum of 36 points). The form of final assessment is an exam that includes theoretical questions and practical tasks - maximum of 40 points, but no less than 24 points.
