1 Know the basic approaches and methods of gender expertise and audit.
2 Be able to work with documents, data and social information, sociological research data for gender expertise and audit.
3 Organization and presentation of research work on gender expertise and audit.
4 Be abble to independent gender expertise and audit in various spheres of public life.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the theoretical foundations of gender theory and gender research, gender expertise, evaluation of social projects and initiatives, documents and data.
2. Be able to read documents, work with demographic, sociological data, assess social and gender consequences, formulate reasoned judgments and proposals based on the results of gender expertise.
3. Have the skills to search and select relevant information, use methodologies and conceptual foundations of gender analysis; discuss, present and discuss their own position on the chosen topical issue.
Course content
I - attending scheduled meetings with those who manage the practice; - the quality of the work process during the stages of PH3 practice.
II - the effectiveness of the study: the success of the Terms of Reference PH1, PH2, PH4.
III - current reporting on work; - written report on the practice of PH2, PH4.
IV - report at the department and evaluation of results PH3.

I - quality of the work process during the stages of PH3 practice. Minimum - 30 points. Maximum - 50 points.
II - the effectiveness of the study: the success of the Terms of Reference PH1, PH2, PH4. Minimum - 18 points. Maximum - 30 points.
III - current reporting on work; - written report on the practice of PH2, PH4. Minimum - 6 points. Maximum - 10 points
IV - report at the department and evaluation of results PH3. Minimum - 6 points. Maximum - 10 points
