Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering by the program of a theoretical course of a subject and a practical material of educational disciplines which are taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Know the basics of genetics (classical genetic analysis, genome and gene structure, modern molecular biological methods of genetic research), molecular biology (molecular mechanisms of realization of genetic information, replication, reparations, methods). 3. Understand the terminology of the course. 4. Know the basic principles of basic biological methods. 5. Have basic skills in the use of laboratory equipment. 6. Have the skills of analytical evaluation of research results conducted in various fields of biology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 7. Course content
This discipline forms an idea of the genes of the main histocompatibility complex, their structure, functions and connection with infectious and autoimmune diseases, the mechanisms of genetic bases of immunological recognition, genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of immune response control, promotes the acquisition of practical skills. modern immunogenetic methods.
