Learning outcomes
PLO 1.To associate oneself as a member of the civil society, the scientific community, to recognize the rule of law, in particular in professional activities, to understand and be able to use their own rights and freedoms, to show respect for the rights and freedoms of other.
PLO 2. To reproduce moral, cultural, scientific values, multiply the achievements of society in the socio-economic sphere, and promote healthy lifestyles.
PLO 11. To be able to analyze the processes of government authorities and market regulation of socio-economic and labor relations.
PLO 18. To use normative and legal acts regulating professional activities.
PLO 24. To demonstrate the ability to act socially and consciously on the basis of ethical principles, to appreciate and respect cultural diversity, individual differences of people .

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle;
- know the basic categories and concepts related to human life and society;
- be able to identify, analyze educational and scientific information, draw sound conclusions on professional activities;
- have basic skills in compiling written documents, adjusting their content, systematization of materials necessary for work, effective organization of their own educational activities.
Course content
The discipline is aimed at forming in students a set of knowledge and skills necessary for the correct application of the provisions of law governing the procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract, the basic provisions of the collective agreement, working hours, rest, labor protection, rationing and remuneration, labor discipline, responsibility of the parties to the employment contract, supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation, protection of labor rights.
