1.1. Understand the purpose and objectives of social technologies for the public sector. 1.2. Know the basic elements of the mobilization structure of the public sector. 2.1. Identify trends and social mechanisms of public sector functioning. 2.2. Critically read and interpret the results of public sector research in European societies. 3.1. Demonstrate skills of reasoned presentation of one's own opinion, competent and tolerant discussion with opponents.
