1. Know: the theoretical foundations of economics, management and philosophy. 2. Have: skills in using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, electronic search engines; modern methods of access to information and its processing, accumulation, use and dissemination using general scientific methods, including analysis and synthesis, comparisons
Course content
Theoretical principles and practical implementation of time management are revealed. The essence of time management and its formation as an independent scientific direction is studied; time management methods; time traps; elements of the time management system and their management; approaches to effective meetings. The directions of increase of personal efficiency, the organization of personal work, principles and means of the organization of time are investigated. Ways to optimize work with documents are considered; methods of self-motivation and self-unloading; effective time management tools

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The purpose of the discipline is to master students of modern scientific and methodological foundations of time planning, approaches to effective tasks, timely achievement of goals and skills of their practical application, which makes it possible to control human life processes
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers - 20 points / 12 points. 2. Practical tasks with elements of discussion - 20 points / 12 points. 3. Complex practical task (independent work) - 20 points / 12 points. 4. Two tests on 10 points - 20 points / 12 points. 5. Final test - 20 points / 12 points.
