Know: composition and mechanisms of interaction of PR technologies in public administration; conditions for providing PR technology in public administration; analyze the state and problems
PR technologies in the state administration of Ukraine and in the world
To be able to: use PR-technologies in public administration; the ability to evaluate PR-technologies in public administration; the ability to determine the need for PR technology in public administration
autonomy and responsibility:
- demonstrate understanding of personal
responsibility for professional and/or management decisions or provided proposals/recommendations that may affect the management of social and
economic security of the region in the public sphere as a whole or its separate components; justification of the forms and methods of state regulation of PR technology; substantiation of PR strategy in public administration

Prerequisites and additional requirements
1. To know: the basic principles of PR technology in public administration, the basics of regulatory and legal support for the activities of public authorities; the specifics of the organization of PR activities; conceptual provisions of PR technology.
2. To be able to use analytical and statistical methods of processing information regarding PR technology, indicators of the activity of public authorities, work with national and international databases.
- Possess the skills of analysis, synthesis, processing and visualization of statistical,
sociological and other data, work with the legal framework, design and presentation of data using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).

Methods and criteria of assessment
– semester evaluation (MAX – 80 points / MIN – 48 points):
1. Performance of practical (seminar) classes - max. 35 points / min. 21 points.
2. Control works - max. 20 points / min. 12 points (two modular test papers)
3. Independent work - max. 5 points / min. 3 points
4. Individual analytical work - mach. 20 points / min. 12 points.Rescheduling the semester control in order to improve a positive grade is not allowed

The final control is carried out in the form of a written control work, which
is assessed at a maximum of 20 points and is conducted at one of the last practical classes in the discipline.
