Learning outcomes
1. To carry out an intellectual search, to identify and critically consider the current problems of modern philosophical thought, to develop them within the framework of one's own philosophical research. 2. Know and use professional vocabulary and philosophical tools to convey one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students. 3. To be able to reconstruct the historical progress of world philosophy, the evolution of philosophical ideas and problems. 4. Propose and substantiate new approaches to solving tasks and problems. 5. Use the methodology and cognitive tools inherent in philosophy and its applications. 6. Possess state and foreign languages at a level sufficient for free professional communication and discussion of scientific problems and research results in the field of philosophy.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Before starting this course, students should know the theoretical content of the subject area: the system of philosophical ideas, approaches, concepts, theories, concepts and principles regarding the analysis of socio-political issues and issues in the field of humanitarian studies. 2. To be able to collect, systematize, analyze and interpret information about the object of research; apply the main terms, categories and classifications of philosophy and humanitarianism in the analysis of socio-political phenomena and processes; use acquired knowledge and skills in research work. 3. Possess the skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude and forecasting regarding socio-political events and phenomena; the use of foreign language specialist sources in the field of philosophy and humanities.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Preparation of a scientific article for a professional publication on philosophy: 50-40 points – the student fully understands the researched material, presents it freely and reasonedly, 39-30 – the student has sufficient knowledge of the studied material, 29-0 points - does not fully master the material, 2. Writing a review of another student's scientific article: 10-7 points - the student fully masters the assessed material, 6-0 points – the student does not fully master the material, Approbation of scientific work: 40-31 points – the student presents the results in full, freely and reasonedly of his research, 30-25 - the student generally freely presents the results of his research, but may not lack of argumentation in explanations, 24-0 points - does not fully master the material,
