PR4. Make a psychological prognosis for the development of individuals, groups, organizations. PR5. Develop programs of psychological interventions (training, psychotherapy, counseling, etc.), conduct them in individual and group work, assess quality.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students shall know the procedure and rules of group trainings; They shall acquire the methods of congruent interpersonal communication and the means of self-analysis and self-knowledge; They shall be able to establish and maintain psychological contact with a partner in communication; They shall know how to self-regulate emotional states.
Course content
The course purpose is to teach students the basic concepts, principles of construction and holding of social-psychological and societal trainings, so that they master the practical skills of training technologies. Within the course, students are acquainted with the theoretical foundations of social-psychological and societal trainings as active methods of psychological training and correction; they clarify in practice the conditions and mechanisms revealing individual-personal and communicative-interactive patterns during interactions in training groups; they master specific techniques for effective work during a training and communication with its participants to identify and overcome their own personal and communicative problems.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, individual work, participation in group work.
Assessment methods and criteria
The final assessment is made in the form of an exam.The maximum obtainable score for the exam is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The exam form is in written. The minimal score to pass the exam is 24 points. A student is not allowed to take the exam if he/she scored less than 36 points during the semester. He/she is admitted to the exam if he/she completes 50% of the practical work provided for in the work plan. Assessment during the semester: Creative and reproductive tasks for independent work - up to 15 points (up to 5 points per each); Preparation of a training session, its holding - up to 25 points; Modular tests - up to 20 points. Rating scale: 0 - 59 - unsatisfactory; 60 - 74 - satisfactory; 75 - 84 - good; 85 - 89 - very good; 90 - 100 - excellent.
