Learning outcomes
1.1 Know the methodology of qualitative methods in gender research.
1.2 Be able to apply qualitative methods in empirical gender research.
2.1 Interpret qualitative (including visual) data.
2.2 Generate an analytical report based on the data obtained.
2.3 Demonstrate skills of independent research work, mastering new knowledge.

1. Know the basic methods of analysis of sociological information.
2. Be able to work with a computer.
3. Have basic skills in working with sociological arrays.

І. Methodology of qualitative methods in gender research.
1 Methodological features of qualitative methods in gender research.
2 Qualitative analysis of meaningful connections in empirical results of gender research.
ІІ. Projective methods in gender research.
3 Methodological bases of projective methods in gender research.
4 Free Associative Experiment: Possibilities of Application in Gender Research.
ІІІ. Techniques based on detection strategies in gender research.
5 Methodological possibilities of methods based on detection strategies.
6 Processing and analysis of the obtained data (based on the application of detection methods).
7 Final complex work (project).

Lecture, practical work, independent work in the form of a pilot study
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Practical work (6 works) with the use of specific procedural and methodoLRgical operations within the qualitative methods: LR 1.1, LR 1.2 - 30/ 18 points (5 maximum or 3 minimum points for each)
2. TW (test) with topics 1-6: LR 1.1, LR 1.2, LR 2.1– 10 points/ 4 points
3. Final project using a quality method for the study of gender issues: LR 2.1, LR 2.2, LR 2.3 - 20 points/ 14 points
final assessment - exam: LR 1.1, LR 1.2, LR 2.1
