Learning outcomes
1. To know the key principles of the theory of social technologies, stages of evolution, features and types of technologies of territorial community management, world experience of effective territorial management and local self-government. 2. To be able to choose productive methods of administrative influence and adequate technologies of management of territorial communities based on situations and to operate them in systems of territorial management and local government. 3. Be able to organize, implement and present an individual research project on the technology of management of territorial communities and target local groups. 4. Carry out analytical, research and exploration activities in the field of territorial governance and local self-government.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basic historical and key theoretical foundations of modern sociological thought. 2. Be able to independently process sociological information and have the skills to work with modern computer and digital technology.
Course content
1. Scientific status, subject, basic concepts, structure and functions of the theory of social technologies of territorial administration and local self-government. 2. Conceptual evolution of theoretical bases of technologies of management of territorial and local communities. 3. Typology and content of modern social technologies and key models of governance of territorial communities and local communities. 4. Territorial community as an object of government and an element of the social structure of society. 5. Design methods and ways to use technologies for managing local communities and local communities. 6. Innovative strategies and technologies for managing the development of human resources of territorial communities and local communities. 7. Technologies of making optimal management decisions by the subjects of territorial administration and local self-government.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
1. Lecture, practical lesson, self-study work. 2. Oral answer, thematic report, control work, presentation of a research project
Assessment methods and criteria
1. Active work of students during practical classes (oral answer, thematic report, research tasks) ( LR 1; LR 2; LR 3; LR 4) - 60/36 points. 2. Execution of two control works ( LR 1; LR 2; LR 3; LR 4) - 20/12 points (2 works on 10 maximum or 6 minimum points for everyone). 3. Implementation and presentation of the results of an individual research project ( LR 3; LR 4) - 20/12 points (maximum 15 points (and minimum 9 points) for the result of implementation and maximum 5 points (and minimum 3 points). 4. Final assessment: carried out in the form of a test - as the total result of the student's accumulated points throughout the semester; if during the semester the student scored less than 60 points, he / she additionally performs complex written (abstract) work, which in content and volume corresponds to the number of topics not covered by the discipline.
