PRN03. Carry out technical and economic calculations of design decisions and analyze and evaluate their effectiveness, environmental and social consequences in the short and long term. PRN06. To know and evaluate the main methods of cultivation of eukaryotic cells of animal and plant origin, to develop new technologies for their use in scientific purposes, medicine, agriculture, etc. PRN07. Have the skills to isolate, identify, store, cultivate, immobilize biological agents, optimize nutrient media, choose the best methods of analysis, isolation and purification of the target product, using modern biotechnological methods and techniques inherent in a particular area of ​​biotechnology. PRN08. Plan and manage research, scientific and technical and / or production projects in the field of biotechnology, based on current trends in science, technology and society.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of courses of EL "Bachelor". Be able to independently perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature. Have basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological and biotechnological laboratories.
Course content
The discipline "Plant Producers in Biotechnology" is part of the cycle of free choice of students. The teaching of this discipline is aimed at theoretical and practical mastering by students of biosynthesis of secondary plant substances from the class of alkaloids, isoprenoids and phenolic compounds, formation of future specialists' theoretical knowledge about the composition, properties and distribution of plant polysaccharides. the use of these enzymes in the technological processes of processing vegetable raw materials.

Modular test work 2 (in the form of test and open tasks) - RN 1.1-2.3 (block of topics of Section 2) - 12 points / 6 points. 3. Presentations / reports - RN 3.1, 4.1 - 20 points / 10 points. 4. Evaluation of practical classes - RN 2.1-2.3 - 24 points (2 points for each work) / 12 points. 5. Assessment of independent work - RN 3.1-4.1 - 20 points / 10 points. Final evaluation in the form of a test
