Learning outcomes
To provide new and in-depth knowledge on the theoretical and legislative basics of agreement-based regulation of land relations, formation of applied skills among students in the preparation, negotiation, modification, termination, execution of land-legal contracts and their application in practice.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
It is mandatory to
Know the basics of liability right and general regulation principles of contractual civil, trade and other liability relations; the subject of land law and general principles of legal regulation relations; legal status of land relations subjects, distinctions of land as an object of legal relations; land relations content; land titles and reasons, conditions and methods of their implementation and jurisdictional protection;
Be able to: distinguish land legal relations from other associated legal relations, determine legal status of subjects of laws, use of storage and retrieval systems of theoretical, normative sources and judicial practice;
Have elementary skills in the basics of document management and communications between covenanters, formation of simple civil agreements;
Course content
Theoretical, legislative and practical issues of formation and development of land-contract legal relations, concepts, contract types and legal significance of land and legal contracts are studied; as well as conditions of validity and action of land and legal contracts (sales, exchange, donation, tenancy, superficies, emphyteusis, easement, mortgage etc.), peculiarities of certain land and legal contracts types formation with different subjects (the state of Ukraine, a foreign state, territorial communities, legal entities and individuals).
The educational program is an integral part of the curriculum for the preparation of bachelors in specialty «Law», specialization «Land and Agrarian Law», which is not studied in the general course «Land Law».

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final mark of this discipline can be 100 points. The final grade for the educational program is formed by adding the number of points received during the semester and the number of points received in the final form of control (test), and such a sum of points cannot be less than 60 points. Based on the results of compiling the final form of control (test), a student can receive a maximum of 60 points.
