Learning outcomes
Achievement of such competencies as the ability to apply theoretical knowledge of the general part of economic law in practice; ability to identify and solve problems of legal regulation of economic relations; ability to make well-grounded decisions on the application of economic and legal norms to resolving controversial issues that arise in the field of economic activity; ability to solve complex problems in the field of lawmaking and law enforcement; ability to evaluate the latest legal tools of the general part of economic law.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the main aspects of the formation and development of economic law and legislation as constituent parts of European legal culture, features of economic relations and their types; literary sources on the problems of economic law, economic legislation whose provisions regulate these relations; application of economic legislation. Be able to master and deepen the knowledge gained during lectures by means of independent study of relevant legal sources and special literature on relevant topics of the course; use the acquired knowledge from other related disciplines; use information and analytical resources of the Internet. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to solve practical issues; provide legal description of the problems that arise in the course legal registration of economic relations.
Course content
The discipline focuses on the legal nature of economic relations, the specifics of the subjects of economic relations, property basis of economic activities, economic obligations, responsibilities in the field of economic activity, topical issues of bankruptcy in Ukrainian law, problems of improving legal regulation of antitrust and competition relations. The discipline stipulates in-depth study of current legislation of Ukraine which regulates economic activity, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
In this discipline, students have lectures and work independently. The following teaching methods are applied: verbal (explanations, educational discussions, etc.), visual (illustrations and demonstrations, PowerPoint presentations), practical (a report on individual tasks, research, analysis and systematization of legal positions of the Supreme Court on a given topic). Interactive technologies: interactive technologies of cooperative learning, interactive technologies of group learning, technologies of situational modelling, technologies of disputable questions analysis.
Assessment methods and criteria
At the first lecture, each student receives an individual task to report on the topic defined in the task and a task for researching, analysing and systematizing the legal positions of the Supreme Court on a particular topic, which students should send to the working email of the teacher or submit personally one week before the last scheduled lecture. The teacher gives a test at the lecture, and informs the students about this test at the previous lecture. In case of the absence for good reasons of students at the lecture when the test was given, they can complete the missed lesson at the time specified by the teacher. Missed classes may be completed within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of completion of the reason for absence. Points for missed classes are not awarded.
