Learning outcomes
PRN 6. Analyze biological phenomena and processes at the molecular, cellular, organismal, population-species and biosphere levels from the point view of fundamental general scientific knowledge, as well as the use of special modern research methods. PRN 8. To apply during research knowledge of features of development of modern biological science, the basic methodological principles of scientific research, methodological and methodological tools for conducting research in specialization. PRN 9. Plan research, choose effective research methods and their material support.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of such disciplines as "Bioorganic Chemistry", "Biochemistry", "Molecular Biology", "Statistical methods in biology", "Methods of practical biochemistry", "Immunology", "Biotechnology". 2. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic molecular, biochemical and immunological methods and the ability to independently apply this knowledge in planning and performing practical work. 3. Possession of basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in practical biochemistry. 4. Ability to work independently with scientific and methodological literature.
Course content
The discipline "Immunochemical analysis" covers the study of the basic theoretical principles and achievements of modern immunochemistry, designed to outline the possibilities of practical use of immunochemical analysis methods in research and diagnostic laboratories. The study of the discipline provides fundamental training of students in the field of immunochemistry, as well as the formation of relevant practical skills - the basic principles of methods of immunochemical analysis, directions of their application and features of interpretation of results.
