PR01. 1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of biochemistry, cytology and histology, zoology, microbiology, immunology, virology, physiology, biophysics. 3. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic biological methods. 4. Possess basic skills of targeted use of laboratory equipment and / or reagents. 5. Have basic skills in planning and conducting experimental research in a particular field of biology in order to solve a specific scientific and practical problem.

The discipline is a basic discipline that covers the development of modern methods of immunological research, designed to outline the range of methods and techniques of research conducted in various fields of immunology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. experiments in related sciences. The course is designed to summarize the student's understanding of the basic methods of working with biological objects of different levels of organization (from individual molecules to entire organisms and their populations), as well as provide students with skills in planning and conducting experimental work using different methods and techniques specific scientific and practical task, statistical processing of the obtained data and interpretation of the experimental results (both obtained in person and provided by scientific laboratories and / or published in the scientific literature).
