Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as:
collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information about the structural elements of the legal system within the chosen specialization
Evaluate and analyze legal problems and practical legal situations, offer approaches to solving such problems.
Prepare draft acts of application of legal norms (court decisions, orders, resolutions, orders, etc.) and other legal documents
Interact with specialists in other fields in the development and implementation of the necessary acts of law, legal, procedural documents

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the main aspects of the historical formation and development of the civil law institution of financial services, the basic principles of the financial services market, acts of civil law of Ukraine and the EU governing financial services and existing case law on dispute resolution in this area.
Be able to provide a legal assessment of the activities of entities in the field of financial services, determine their goals and objectives in terms of civil law of Ukraine, to distinguish financial services from other types of services, to give them legal characteristics. Analyze the prospects of legal regulation and adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the law of the European Union in the field of financial services by receiving the main acquisitions of EU law
Course content
Teaching methods and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting legal analysis of financial services as an institution of civil law and problematic issues arising in various sectors of the financial market, studying theoretical and practical aspects of the emergence (termination), implementation and protection of consumer rights services and professional entities in the relevant market. Within the framework of the discipline the general characteristics of financial services, the subject composition of the financial ecosystem, the scientific and conceptual apparatus inherent in financial services markets, legal regulation of civil relations in various areas of financial services, taking into account domestic law and EU law for Ukraine to enter the Single Market for Financial Services. The course of the discipline provides in-depth study by students of current legislation of Ukraine and EU Directives on the main activities in the field of financial services.

In the classes the current evaluation of the student's knowledge includes: express questioning - from 1 to 4 points; participation in the colloquium - from 3 to 4 points; reports and scientific works - from 6 to 10 points; testing - one correct answer - 1 point; tests - from 2 to 10 points, presentations - from 5-10 points, discourse - from 5 to 8 points.
The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity when discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results, test results.
Missed seminars by students may be practiced for good reasons.
A student who has not reached the minimum level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that can be assessed during the final control may not be admitted to the final assessment.
