PRN 1. Know the main historical stages of development of the subject area. PRN 14. Explain the spatial differentiation of the geographic shell and the geographic environment PRN 15. Describe the main mechanisms of functioning of natural and social territorial complexes, their individual components PRN 16. Explain the changes that occur in the geographical environment under the influence natural and anthropogenic factors PRN 18. Apply basic conceptual, terminological, conceptual apparatus geography, its theoretical and empirical achievements PRN 20. To understand global socio-geographical processes, to be able to compose characteristics of the world population, sectors and branches of the world economy.

Full-time form

1. successful mastering of disciplines “Social Geography”, “Economic Geography”, “Socio-geographical Cartography”, “Historical Geography”. 2. knowledge of the theoretical foundations of social geography, theories and concepts of spatial development of society. 3. possession of basic skills of spatial development analysis, its strategizing.

It is proposed to reveal the features of the structure and development of the socio-geographical complex; concepts, methodology of social development management, analysis of social development of the territory, territorial organization of society. Revealed the object-subject field, the conceptual and terminological apparatus of social geography, connections of social geography, stages of development of social geography in Ukraine and the world, factors of social and spatial differentiation of society. Methodological principles of knowledge of social geography research issues, the concept of "region" as a social territorial system, forms of territorial organization of society. Regional social policy. Formation and development of sociology of the city. Spatial distribution of the population in cities and social processes. Socio- ecological problems of cities. Features of social development in the villages.
