Learning outcomes
Students' achievement of such competencies, skills and abilities as: reproduce deep knowledge within the specialization on the evolution of the idea of absolute civil rights and their individual types; collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information on certain types of absolute civil rights within the chosen specialization; evaluate and analyze legal problems and practical legal situations, propose approaches to solving such problems; assess the legal problem comprehensively and offer different options for its solution in order to protect, defend or restore its absolute civil rights, freedoms or interests.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the content of major international acts, regulations of Ukraine and foreign countries that define the concepts and features, types of absolute civil rights, trends in the implementation of absolute civil rights; law enforcement practice, which determines the features of the protection of absolute civil rights. Be able to apply the doctrine and legislation on absolute civil rights, provide legal advice, in particular, on personal non-property rights, property rights, inheritance rights, compile drafts of applications for protection of absolute civil rights and other procedural documents designed to promote the fullest possible and effective protection absolute civil rights. Have basic skills in preparing a report on the peculiarities of absolute civil rights improving skills and abilities to work with legislation, contracts, judicial and notarial practice of application of rules on personal non-property rights, inheritance law and property rights.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods are aimed at conducting a legal analysis of the place of discipline in the structural and logical scheme of training in the relevant field, due to the fact that personal inalienable rights are the basis of any person, property rights, especially property rights are basic economic rights nature, and inheritance aims to ensure effective civil succession of generations. Therefore, these rights are fundamental not only for civil law, but also for the entire domestic legal system. Students who begin this special course must have a basic knowledge of civil law, inheritance law and legislation, family law, housing law, civil and notarial law, and international private and international public law.

Assessment methods and criteria
In seminars, the current evaluation of student knowledge of the discipline includes: report - up to 5 points;supplement to the report - up to 3 points; express questioning - up to 3 points colloquium - up to 4 points;case resolution - up to 5.self-study work - up to 4 points;. report on the topic of individual task - up to 6 points; report on the performance of an individual task - up to 4 points essay - up to 3 points; testing - up to 3 points; . abstract - up to 6 points;. participation in the discussion - up to 3 points;test questioning - up to 10 points; final test - up to 5 points. The minimum score that can be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of assessment is one point. The maximum score that can be obtained by a student per semester is 40 points. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final assessment may be excluded from the final assessment.
