Learning outcomes
Be able to conduct lectures, seminars, practical, trainings, laboratory works, optional classes.Possession of the skills of search, selection, processing and systematization of information for pedagogical activities in higher education institutions.The ability to independently collect and critically process, analyze and summarize information from various sources. Critically consider problems in scientific or professional activities at the border of subject areas, solve complex tasks and problems that require updating and integration of knowledge in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements. Ability to apply acquired knowledge in practical situations of professional activity.

Course content
Students' assimilation of systematized knowledge from the educational discipline "Pedagogical Mastery" involves the formation in them of complex competencies for the "high school teacher" qualification, development of pedagogical thinking and promotion of professional self-determination, acquisition of professional and pedagogical identity by masters

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The discipline is necessary for the formation of the professional and pedagogical competence of the teacher of higher education. Particular attention is paid to understanding the pedagogical prerequisites of educational activity, practicing skills, and the skills of conducting classes, which is possible under the conditions of practical activity, which is fundamental for the "Pedagogical Mastery" course. Training exercises, reflection and independent work of students in the form of creating a critical essay, a collage, and an interactive multimedia mini-lecture are of decisive importance.
Assessment methods and criteria
Control is carried out according to the modular rating system. The course includes one content module on higher school pedagogy and teaching methods, as well as one content module on higher school psychology, each of which is evaluated at a maximum of 50 points. The level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of written test papers and during the student's independent and individual work. It is mandatory to complete the modular control work.
