PLO2. Confidently speak the state and foreign languages for the implementation of written and oral communication, in particular in situations of professional and scientific communication; present research results in the state and foreign languages.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Before studying this course, students should have the skills of scientific research and information management; critical attitude to the analyzed language structures; use of foreign language professional informative sources; work with diverse texts in Turkish. The discipline "Turkish: Oral Communication" is a part of the cycle of professional training of specialists of the master's degree and, along with the discipline "Turkish: Practical Course", completes the theoretical and practical series of disciplines related to the improvement of communicative skills in the Turkish language.
Course content
The discipline "Turkish: Oral Communication" introduces students to the basic and conceptual principles of analyzing speech behavior within the framework of an intercultural approach to achieve the speaker's goals in specific speech situations in the Turkish-speaking environment. The study of this discipline involves a detailed analysis of linguistic, communicative, linguistic and country-specific Turkish-language competencies in the field of communication, which are determined by future professional interests and needs. This discipline involves improving the skills of higher education students to correlate theoretical knowledge with the practical needs of future professional activities.

Work with text corpora, the Internet, audiovisual materials; oral presentation, preparation of presentations, written work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the material learned, in particular, the assessment of theoretical training - learning outcomes (knowledge), which accounts for 40% of the total grade, and the assessment of practical training - learning outcomes (skills), which accounts for 60% of the total grade.
Assessment of semester work:
1. Work in practical classes: 12/30 points.
2. Oral report: 4/10 points.
3. Module tests #1 and #2: 15/20 points.
4. Test: 14/20 points.
