Learning outcomes
To assess the nature and character of social processes and phenomena, and show understanding of the boundaries and mechanisms of their legal regulation. To correlate the modern system of civilizational values with legal values, principles and professional ethical standards. Reasonably formulate your legal position, be able to oppose, present convincing arguments. Productively participate in theoretical and applied research. To know the basic approaches to solving the question of the origin and formation of the institution of judicial rhetoric, their tasks and features.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) knowledge of the nature of administrative-legal dispute as a legal conflict, approaches to its resolution, rights and responsibilities of participants in administrative proceeding; 2) possession of skills in drafting legal documents on court proceedings, in appellate and cassation proceedings.
Course content
When studying the discipline the following issues are revealed: a) the history of world and domestic rhetoric, the theoretical foundations of rhetoric; b) court speech in administrative proceeding; c) speech of the plaintiff in administrative proceeding; d) court speech of the defendant in administrative proceeding; e) the culture of judicial speech and the ethics of the judicial rhetorician; g) the technique of announcement of speeches, performances, participation in debates.

Lecture, seminar, independent work, presentation and report about the performance of individual tasks, solving legal problems, tasks, testing, test.
Assessment methods and criteria
semester forms of assessment: • report (speech on a given topic) - up to 3 points; • supplement to the report - 1 point; • solving a legal problem - up to 5 points; • independent work - up to 5 points; • testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - up to 10 points; • participation in the discussion - up to 2 points; • presentation and report about the performance of the individual task - up to 5 points • problem solving - up to 5 points; • test - up to 10 points. - final assessment: written credit test in written and test form.
