PR03. Use theories and laws of mathematics, physics, chemistry and other sciences to solve problems of modern biology.
PR04. Understand the basic terms, concepts, principles, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and on the boundaries of subject areas.
PR15. Apply in professional activities methods for determining the structural and functional characteristics of biological systems at different levels of the organization.
PR17. Through self-study to master new knowledge and modern methods of experimental research to solve problems of biology.
PR21. Solve applied problems of biology using appropriate methods.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of courses in higher mathematics, physics and chemistry.
2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of mathematics, chemistry and physics, perform laboratory work, work with scientific and methodological literature.
3. Have basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biomedical laboratories.
Course content
"Nanobiology" is an integrated science that emerged at the intersection of biological, chemical and physical sciences. Its place in the system of other biological disciplines is determined by the fact that the potential for controlled manipulation of physicochemical and biological properties of living and inanimate substances at the molecular level is an important condition for creating new effective drugs and diagnostic systems. Today it is one of the important disciplines that determines scientific and technological progress. Its rapid development is associated with solving the global problem of mankind - improving health.
