Learning outcomes
PLO 3. Design effective management systems for organizations. PLO6. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations and social responsibility. PLO 13. Be able to plan and implement information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit). PLO 18. To form and adapt a system of methods of management of organizations in the conditions of uncertainty of functioning. PLO 20. Apply innovative marketing tools in the professional activities of organizations of different types of economic activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of the courses "Marketing", "Management", "Management Decision Making", "Strategic Management". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of economic theory, macro- and microeconomics, management theory, business economics, marketing, accounting and analysis. 3. Ability to calculate economic indicators, process statistical data, analyze internal documentation of the enterprise. 4. Mastering basic skills: using Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
Course content
The study of conceptual principles of logistics and features of its management is provided; the concept of the logistics chain and the various flows in it; specifics of integrated logistics systems; methodological apparatus of logistics; the latest forms and tools of logistics. The discipline covers: basics of management of functional areas of logistics: information, procurement, production, warehousing (stocks), transport, trade and brokerage, logistics services; development and formation of logistics strategy enterprises. Covers the mechanisms of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of logistics management at the enterprise.

Forms of student assessment: (max. Points 60 / min. Points 36) 1. Survey and problem solving, solving situational problems - 20 points / 12 points; 2. Independent work - analytical and calculation individual task - 40 points / 24 points; Final assessment in the form of an exam.
