PLO 3. To know the regulatory and legal framework for ensuring the rational use, protection, accounting and valuation of land at the national, regional, local and economic levels, procedures for state registration of land.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the main provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land Code of Ukraine and other codified acts, laws and bylaws that can be applied to the regulation of land legal relations, management in the field of land use, reproduction and protection, responsibility for violations of land legislation, etc., practice to know their application, theoretical and doctrinal provisions of the theory of land law. 2. To be able to correctly interpret and apply the provisions of regulatory and legal acts, resolve conflicts of norms, justify one's position with reference to the regulatory framework, analyze judicial practice of law enforcement and draw conclusions, independently solve practical situations.
Course content
When studying the disciplines, knowledge about land as an object of legal regulation, about land law as a branch of law and science, about the sources of land law, about rights to land and obligations in land law, guarantees of their implementation, about management and state regulation in this area, legal protection of land, legal responsibility for land offenses, as well as knowledge of the legal regimes of different categories of land.

Assessment methods and criteria
The maximum final grade for this discipline can be 100 points. A student can receive a maximum of 40 points, to which are added the points received by the student during seminar classes. To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the credit score cannot be less than 24 points. In the event that the student scored less than 24 points on the assessment, the latter are not added to the semester grade (regardless of the number of points received during the semester), the information in the column "points for assessment" is put "0", and the column "resulting grade" only the number of points received during the semester is transferred.
