Learning outcomes
Students must know the basic concepts and categories related to the organization and implementation of legal business, forms and methods of legal business, principles of legal consulting, principles of dispute resolution in the organization and implementation of legal business, be able to freely operate the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of legal business organization
while discussing and resolving problematic situations, make and justify their own decisions on the use of legal tools to resolve disputes or resolve complex situations that arise in the organization and implementation of legal business, have the skills to prepare a legal opinion based on the practical situation and resolve disputes arising in the organization and implementation of legal business, skills of logical, critical and systematic analysis of documents related to the organization and carrying out legal business.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students must know the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Laws of Ukraine "On Advocacy and Advocacy", "On Notary", special literature, textbooks and manuals related to legal practice, be able to freely operate the basic elements of the conceptual and categorical apparatus in private law, have basic skills in resolving problem situations and resolving disputes through legal mechanisms, skills of logical, critical and systematic analysis of legal documents.
Course content
The discipline is aimed at revealing the importance of legal business, studying the organizational principles and practical features of legal business. In the process of studying the discipline students master the following topics: "Beginning of legal activity", "Individual professional activity of a lawyer and the procedure for its implementation", "Activities of law firms and bar associations", "Organization of legal office", "Legal business management", " The work of a lawyer(lawyer) with the client","Conducting contract work”, "Conducting claims work "," Conducting lawsuits ".

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Teaching methods and learning activities in the study of the discipline are aimed at obtaining and mastering students' systematic knowledge of the concept, system and main categories of organization and implementation of legal business. At the same time, the mentioned forms and methods are aimed at forming in students a systematic understanding of the specifics of legal relations that arise in the organization and implementation of legal business. This involves studying the legal framework (including international acts) as well as mastering the system necessary for a modern lawyer skills and abilities related to legal consulting, information analysis, the ability to identify problems of legal regulation of relations arising in the organization and conduct of legal business.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of ongoing performance evaluation are selected by the teacher who conducts seminars, in consultation with the lecturer and in accordance with this program. Forms of student assessment include: express questioning; colloquium; report; testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones); modular control work; case study. Final assessment is a written test.
The minimum score to be obtained by the student on the appropriate forms of assessment during the semester is 24 points, the maximum score - 40 points. During the current performance evaluation during the seminars, the following should be assessed: the level of knowledge demonstrated by the student in response, activity in discussing the issues of the seminar, regular work in the classroom, the results of homework.
According to the results of the written test, the student can get a maximum of 60 points.
