Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful assimilation of the English language program for general educational institutions of Ukraine and a sufficient level of formation of English-language communicative competence in accordance with the State Standard of Basic and Comprehensive Secondary Education and All-European Recommendations on Language Education.
Course content
"Foreign language: (English)" consists of two content parts, the first of which concerns fundamental scientific concepts and scientific communication; the second concerns the branch foundations of chemistry, in particular environmental, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester control includes work in practical classes, including oral examinations, tests and surveys on the topics of tests. Evaluation is carried out on a 100-point system. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 100 points / 60 points.
