Successful mastery of the academic disciplines "Phytoecology of Landscapes", "Urboecology and Phytoremediation", "Soil Science and Soil Microbiology", "Greening of Settlements", "Landscape Construction", "Plant Physiology", "Plant Biochemistry".
Ability to independently apply knowledge of plant anatomy and physiology, agrochemistry, soil science, urbobecology and phytoremediation and other academic disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical tasks, perform laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and scientific and methodological literature.
Possession of basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in biological and chemical laboratories, as well as skills in system analysis.
Course content
The academic discipline "Allelopathic Interaction of Plants in Urbanized Landscapes" is a freely chosen discipline for a student of the "Master" degree in the specialty H3 "Landscaping", which forms a comprehensive understanding of: the features of the circulation of physiologically active substances that play the role of a regulator of internal and external relationships, renewal, development and change of plant cover under conditions of urbanization; the chemical nature of secretions and diffusates, the biological significance of phytogenic organic substances in the atmosphere; phytoncide activity of plants, the physiological effect of volatile secretions; mechanisms and features of heterotrophic plant nutrition as a prerequisite for allelopathic action, the importance of microorganisms in the allelopathy of higher plants; prerequisites for the participation of allelopathy in the greening of urban landscapes.
