Learning outcomes
PRN02. Organize and carry out urban monitoring and inventory work on horticultural facilities, natural and cultural landscapes and compiling a cadastre of green spaces.
PRN03. Propose and implement modern technologies for growing planting material: ornamental trees, shrubs, flower crops, lawn grasses.
PRN04. Assess the economic efficiency of the proposed processes.
PRN08. Organize the work of a team of project executors.
PRN10. Develop projects for landscaping, horticultural facilities and landscape architecture; develop projects for the restoration and reconstruction of landscaping and cultural heritage facilities; design winter gardens in the interiors of office and residential buildings, green roofs, greenhouse and hothouse complexes.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastery of the academic disciplines “Plant Physiology”, “Plant Biochemistry”,
"Chemistry with Fundamentals of Agrochemistry", "Soil Science and Soil Microbiology",
"Urboecology and Phytoamelioration".
2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of plant anatomy and physiology, agrochemistry,
soil science, urboecology and phytoamelioration and other disciplines, perform
laboratory and practical work, work with scientific and scientific-methodical
literature.
3. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The discipline "Phyto-optimization of anthropogenically altered landscapes" is a discipline of free choice of the student of the educational degree "Master" for
specialty 206 "Horticulture". The teaching of this discipline is aimed at forming a system of knowledge and skills in students to optimize landscapes of anthropogenic origin, selection and use of plants for landscaping of anthropogenically altered landscapes, taking into account the bioecological characteristics of plants. Modern tendencies in the system of reclamation, phytomelioration, landscaping of landscapes are considered anthropogenic origin of various functional purposes to improve their condition and recovery
